Google Scalability Conference Talks

Greg Linden has an excellent summary of the Google Scalability Conference with a number of links to the talks. I've seen a few, and highly recommend the first keynote titled MapReduce, BigTable, and Other Distributed System Abstractions for Handling Large Datasets by Jeff Dean.
